Need for energy optimization in renewable energy systems
Current renewable power systems have 2 major constraints currently- Cost and Intermittence of power supply
- Intermittent power supply particularly during downtime of power generation(in the case of wind/Solar) leads to irregularity in power delivery
- This leads to the customer tapping into the conventional power grid during these off hours- leading to Higher Costs
- Challenge to maintain the optimum balance between conventional grid systems and Solar/Wind plants
